Hi @Taz928427,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Photosmart e-All-in-One printer is displaying all lights blinking and a blue screen with an error code like "09A37C2B," it indicates that the printer is experiencing a problem. The specific error code "09A37C2B" is not a standard HP error code, and without further context or information, it is challenging to pinpoint the exact cause. However, you can try some general troubleshooting steps to address the issue.

  • Restart the printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Turn on the printer and see if the error persists.
  • Check for paper jams: Look for any paper stuck in the printer's paper path. Gently remove any jammed paper or debris that you find.
  • Update firmware: Check the HP website for any available firmware updates for your printer model. Sometimes, firmware updates can resolve various issues.
  • Reset the printer: Depending on your printer model, there might be a reset option in the printer's menu or settings. Perform a factory reset, which can help clear some internal errors.
  • Remove and reinstall ink cartridges: Turn off the printer and carefully remove the ink cartridges. Reinstall them properly and make sure they are correctly seated.
  • Perform a hard reset: If none of the above steps work, try a hard reset. To do this, turn off the printer, disconnect all cables, and press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds. Then, reconnect the power cable and turn on the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
