I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e with an error code B80009F0. All lights are flashing.

I have paid for and ordered ink/toner and it has not arrived. I was assured that I would "never run out of ink".

Hi @MagMark,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Update the firmware by selecting the current OS: Click here

Perform the following tasks in the order given. Use the printer after each task to see if the issue is resolved.

Check for blinking lights or error messages

When the printer does not respond or does not work as expected, look for an error message to find more helpful information.

Check the printer control panel: If lights on the printer are blinking or an error displays, follow any instructions on the printer control panel or printer software to resolve the error. If no instructions display, go to HP Customer Support, type your printer model, and then search for blinking lights or the specific error for detailed steps.

Check the printer software or HP Smart app: Errors and notifications in HP software and apps sometimes provide instructions to resolve printer error states.

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor (Windows)

Use HP Print and Scan Doctor on your Windows computer to help diagnose and fix printing and scanning issues.

Make sure paper is loaded in the main tray, and then turn on the printer.

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor, and then follow the prompts to install and open the tool.

On the welcome screen, click Start to select your printer and run the diagnostic.

If your printer is not found, click My product is not listed, and then follow the instructions to troubleshoot the connection.

Reset the Windows printing environment

Stop the print spooler, delete print job files, and then restart the computer and the printer.

Turn off the printer, and then unplug the power cord.

In Windows, search for and open Services.

In the Services window, right-click Print Spooler, and then click Stop.

Stopping the Print Spooler from the Services window

After the Print Spooler stops, close the Services window.

In Windows, open File Explorer.

Browse to C: > Windows > System 32 > spool > PRINTERS.

Delete all files in the PRINTERS folder.

Shut down your computer.

Reconnect the power cord to the printer, and then turn it on.

Turn on the computer.

Reset the printer

Reset the printer to recover from printer errors or failures.

If your printer has a rechargeable battery, remove it.

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the power source.

Wait 60 seconds.

Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

NOTE:

HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Turn on the printer to complete the reset.

Click here for the remaining steps.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
