Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8715
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Several times a day my printer becomes unavailable -- without even using it. All lights blink, and the screen says "There is a problem with the printer. Turn the printer Off, then On." I have unplugged it for several minutes and tried plugging it into different outlets. The software is up to date. It seems that many people experience this, but every support thread ends with "I will send you a private message..." So, I guess I need a private message to figure out how to keep this printer up and running, please.

I understand that you are getting a printer error and you have tried most of the troubleshooting steps.
