HP ENVY 6030 All-In-One Printer

All lights flashing on printer with an E3 error code, denoting carriage jam.  Have gone thru the trouble shooting guides, turned printer off / on etc etc.  lights still flashing and error code still displaying.  All I’m after is a contact number for hp printer support, not the virtual assistant who just goes round and round in circles, testing my patience!!  Appears my printer is out of warranty however still want to get this fixed!

Can anyone help please?
