Hi @TheDoof ,

Welcome to The HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand you've already gone through quite a few troubleshooting steps! Let's see if we can figure this out together. Here are a few more steps you can try:

  • Power Cycle: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for about 1-2 minutes. Then plug it back in and turn it on again. Sometimes a simple power cycle can resolve issues.
  • Reset Printer: Many printers have a reset option in the settings menu. Try resetting your printer to its default settings and see if that helps.
  • Check for Jammed Paper: Sometimes, even a small piece of paper stuck inside the printer can cause all lights to turn on. Open the printer carefully and check for any jammed paper or debris.
  • Check for Firmware Updates: Ensure your printer has the latest firmware installed. Sometimes, updating the firmware can resolve various issues.  Update the firmware on an HP printer
