All suggestions that have been given do not work after a while... all the lights flash and the only way to stop them from flashing is to tap the power button... that turns the flashing off for a few days and then it starts again.

Restart the Printer: Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for about 60 seconds. Plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes help reset the printer.

 

Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can usually find firmware updates on the official HP support website. Updating the firmware might resolve compatibility issues.

 

Check Network Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to the network properly. A stable network connection is essential for communication between the printer and HP servers, especially for services like Instant Ink.
