The status of the printer is offline and all the lights are permanently on I dont know the reason, this was something that just happened suddently. 

I already did all the troubleshootings steps available online and stills not working. I really appreciate your support.

 

-I connected and disconnected the power and wait the 60 seconds

-I did install the HP doctor sofware but it does not recognize the printer 

-The printer is not available in the computer I did try wifi and USB cable still the same

I'd like to help!

 

Try the below suggestions -

 

Reset the product

 

With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.

Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Wait at least 60 seconds.

Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.

Reconnect the power cord to the printer.

Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

 

 Try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

 

Also, refer to - Blinking Lights and 'E' Errors

Sorry for my late reply, I already tried doing the reset but the issue persists. 

 

I was thinking in opening it phisically just to clean carefully all the internal components,

I think that maybe is caused due to some dust internally since it happened suddently from one day to the another.

I did the reset but it didnt work the issue persists, as soon as I plug the printer the lights are on and thats all it does. 

 

I was thinking in carefully open the printer and clean internally the components, I think that maybe the issue is due to some dust inside since the I was suddenly happened from one day to another.

Yes, I did followed the documents, but it didnt work as the computer is not reading the printer at all, is like there is nothing plugged in thru USB so firmware update is not an option in this case.

 

in the other side,  Blinking Lights and 'E' Errors, The lights are not blinking but are permanent on instead, however I followed the steps and didnt work either.

 

I hope It can be fixed soom, I feel bad I spend around 300 USD for this printer and just because does not have guarantee anymore I am not receiving well support from HP. It just stopped working well from one day to another, this means that I have to buy another printer. I am really wondering if it should be HP or not. This is a bad moment, I just wanted a printer that works at the time I bought it

I opened the printer, there was a cockroach living inside, too much poop and of course there has to be urine in the motherboard. I will try with a contact cleaner I will cross fingers to fixed instead of buying a nre motherboard.

as advise to all other colleagues, dont leave opened the element where the paper has to be placed, the cockroach gets by that side.

My printer does not have HP guarantiee, any tip or technical advise will be welcome.

I clean it, but the printer is still not working. Is there any technical assistance that I can get in Costa Rica Perez Zeledon?

I need to see if I can fix this printer otherwise I need to buy a new one and of course it not will be HP. This is a bad experience 300 USD to the trash can.
