Product: HP Envy Photo 7134

HP Envy Photo Printer does not complete boot-up. Can not switch power off via the printer switch.  Disconnecting and reconnecting power cables has no affect. When connected to power the touch screen shows 7 dots and a progress bar.  The bar progresses once from left to right and only the first dot is illuminated.  That's as far as it gets.  No touch screen options are visible. Can it be factory reset?

I have tried all the fixes apart from the secret one that is sent via DM. I have a Photo 7134 and this site won't recognise the serial number but the next to useless help bot did.  

Please can someone send me the secret reset process.
