Hi,

Ho can I make fax answering on demand only?

I want the printer to answer to calls only on demand, currently the calls go to fax if not answered by other phones around.

Hi,

On your printer tap Fax > Setup > Preferences.

From there locate Auto Answer and tap it to change its toggle to 0.

The fax will no longer answer automatically, when you get an incoming fax click on Fax > Send and Recieve > Recieve Now.
