this happened after the recent crowdsource issue two days ago ... anyone with similar issues?

Hi @Trilogy11,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you are experiencing an issue with your all-in-one printer connected wirelessly to your Mac, and this problem arose after a recent event. If the printer indicates a problem with your account, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
1. Verify Account Status:
- HP Account: Log into your HP account through the HP Smart app or the HP website to check if there are any notifications or issues related to your account.
- Subscription Services: If you use HP Instant Ink or any other subscription service, make sure your subscription is active and there are no payment issues.
2. Restart Devices:
- Printer: Turn off your printer, unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
- Router: Restart your router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.
- Mac: Restart your Mac.
3. Reconnect Printer to Network:
- Network Settings: On your printer, navigate to the wireless settings and reconnect it to your Wi-Fi network.
- HP Smart App: Open the HP Smart app on your Mac and ensure the printer is connected to the same network as your Mac.
4. Update Printer Firmware and Drivers:
- HP Support: Visit the HP Support website and check for any firmware or driver updates for your printer model.
- Install Updates: Download and install any available updates.
5. Reset Printing System (Mac):
- System Preferences: Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Reset Printing System: Right-click (or control-click) in the list of printers on the left, then choose Reset printing system.... This will remove all printers, scanners, and faxes from your system.
- Re-add Printer: Re-add your printer by clicking the + button and following the instructions.
6. Check for HP Smart App Issues:
- Reinstall HP Smart App: Uninstall the HP Smart app from your Mac and then reinstall it from the App Store.
- Sign In Again: Open the app and sign in to your HP account again.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
