At least one cartridge has a problem

My Envy4520 updated itself this week and now no longer recognises the black cartridge which I installed only 2 weeks ago. 


The cartridge is provided by HP as I subscribe to their Instant Ink package.


Any ideas on how I can remedy this?


I have removed the cartridge and re-inserted, restarted the printer, and still no luck

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the cartridge error in your Envy 4520 printer.


If the above troubleshooting steps did not resolve the issue the document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.  The phone support is typically only open during office hours for your country.
