The device status displayed on EWS is:
Printer cannot print. A problem has occurred and you will be unable to print, except for printer reports, until the issue is resolved. Check your HP account for more information. To learn more, open the HP Smart app or visit www.hpsmart.com and sign in to your account.

The attention light is constantly blinking.
Prior it reported not being connected to the internet (HP Smart App), so I decided to perform a WiFi reset by holding the Wifi button for 20 minutes and then setting it up again. However, the problem persists and now I'm unable to register the device on HP Smart App (iPhone), but it continues showing in the Desktop app.
In the event log, the last reported problem is simply identified by the code 49.3643, without any description.

Hi @alexmiranda,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If the attention light on your HP LaserJet M110w printer is blinking and you are receiving a "There is a problem with your printer" message, it typically indicates that there is an issue that needs to be addressed. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
Check for Paper Jams:
- Open the printer's input and output trays.
- Inspect the paper path for any jammed paper.
- If you find any paper jams, carefully remove the jammed paper.
Check Toner Cartridge:
- Ensure that the toner cartridge is properly installed.
- If the toner cartridge is empty or low, replace it with a new one.
Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes.
- Plug the printer back in and turn it on.
Update Firmware:
- Visit the HP website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model. If there are, download and install them following the instructions provided on the website.
Check for Error Messages:
- Check the printer's display or control panel for any specific error messages. These messages can provide more information about the issue.
Reset the Printer:
- Sometimes, performing a factory reset can resolve issues. Refer to your printer's user manual or HP's official website for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.
Reinstall Printer Software:
- If you have recently updated your computer's operating system or changed any printer settings, try uninstalling and reinstalling the printer software on your computer.
Check Connectivity:
- Ensure that the printer is connected to your computer or network properly. If it's a wireless printer, make sure it's connected to your Wi-Fi network.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
