Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Will auto duplex from phone app … pulls back paper automatically and then prints back side but from computer it always asks you to manually move paper to do second side… any one else have this problem?

Please read this post then provide some details.  What printer model? What is your computer operating system?

 

From your limited description of the issue, it appears your computer does not have the Duplex Unit configured as "installed".  As an example, for an HP Printer in Windows 10 you would go to Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, Devices and Printers, right-click on your printer, select Printer Properties, Device Settings.  Look for Installable Options, Duplex Unit and set it to Installed, Apply, OK.
