Product: Deskjet 4625
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The ADF on my Deskjet 4625 doesn't work.  It starts to pull the paper, then it just stops and wouldn't go any further.  I need to scan some documents that are legal size which means that I need to use the ADF.  The Flatbed works fine, but it only does letter size docs.  Any suggestions?

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

First adopt these suggested solutions "Automatic document feeder does not pick paper or feeds too many sheets".

Has this software "HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4620 e-All-in-One Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers" been installed, File name: DJ4620_1315-1.exe (113.2 MB)?

 

Is the "HP Scan" program used? Or is another program used?
Note:
The ADF supports Legal 8.5 x 14 inches.
