We changed routers yesterday and now I have blue screen with the code B8059726 on my printer screen. I've rebooted and unplugged and it still returns. What is this from and how do I fix it?

Hi @YRanches,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The error code B8059726 appearing on your printer's blue screen, especially following a change in your network equipment like a router, suggests an issue likely related to network communication or configuration.
Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:
Check Network Configuration:
- Ensure that your printer is correctly connected to the new router. This includes checking whether it is connected via Ethernet or Wi-Fi and verifying that the connection is active.
- Make sure the IP address configuration in the printer is appropriate. Some printers require manual configuration to work properly with certain networks.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Sometimes, updating the firmware of your printer can resolve compatibility issues with new network equipment. Check the HP website for any available updates for your printer model.
Factory Reset:
- If the error persists, consider performing a factory reset on your printer. This will revert all settings to their default state and may resolve the issue. Be aware that this will erase all settings, including network configurations and presets.
Check for Specific Guidance:
- Look up the error code on the manufacturer’s support website or consult the printer’s manual for specific guidance related to error codes and troubleshooting
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
