Hi everybody,

To start, sorry for my bad langage i'm a french girl and i'll try to make me understood in english 😉

 

After a paper jam following an A4 double-sided printing, my printer has since been blocked. I have disassembled it completely and reassembled it to clean it well and there is no piece of paper or dust left. However, when restarting, the printer is still in: carriage blocked / paper jam mode. I also did a factory reset but it doesn't work either. I used this printer very little (maximum 100 prints) and i need it for my job.

 

Can you help me please?

We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.
