Hi everyone,
I hope someone can help. I am having printer quality issues with my HP Envy Photo 7134 inkjet printer. I have just purchased this as an upgrade (new business which needed better quality printing) and I can say that so far I have been completely underwhelmed. I haven't had it a month yet and have been unable to print anything without banding appearing in the printing at regular intervals down the page. It is not white lines, but almost a lighter shade of the colour. I have tried running the printer diagnostic report which claims no issues, have cleaned and aligned the print heads numerous times. I have also contacted HP directly and they said that the issue would resolve with the installation of new print cartridges........it hasn't! I have also tried to change the printer quality settings (via control panel) to its best setting, but this hasn't got rid of the lines either. Please could anyone suggest something else, otherwise I'm afraid its going to have to be returned!!!
Many thanks

Hi @Rach029,
If you have already performed the steps from the document No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues, and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps!
