C & K banding doesn't go away after Clean printhead 1 & 2 and align printhead. Also performed 21 & 23 tap - no particular change... Appreciate any additional guidance!!!

Service documentation suggests running a TAP 22 test. To do this you touch the black part of the control panel surround where the back key normally is 4 times in a row to enter the support menu and then you want to find and run a TAP22 test.

Ran once and it made an improvement - trying a second time to see if it resolves the issue. Colors are way off in general - friend printed the same PDF I'm trying to print on their printer and that printer produces the same colors I see on my display.
