A warm welcome to HP forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

I understand you need support and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:

Are you using a Deskjet 3055A printer and a Mac computer?

Do you have print quality issue while printing on a normal paper?

What's the size of the HP Matt paper that you are using?

Which application are you using to print Barcode?

Let me know!

Hi,

Thank you for the prompt reply.

I am using Deskjet 3720 with the HP smart app on my android phone.

Paper size is standard HP A4 matt paper.

I have done cleaning activities advised by HP, ink cartridges are over half full and the quality of test page was very spotless.

Thank you

Joanna

You are welcome!

Let's try adjusting the quality settings, here is how to do it:

1.) Open HP Smart App.

2.) Touch Print Photos

3.) Select the photo and touch Print. The print preview displays.

4.) Touch More options.

5.) Touch Quality and change it to Best.

6.) Touch Print.

Let me know how it goes!
