Hi, 

I did the hard reset, updated the firmware, and did the hard reset again - but mine's still beeping. I just bought it the other day and finally got around to setting it up but the beeping won't stop.

 

I'd appreciate any advice as - even though its faint - it is killer annoying..

@CheifSahab Welcome to HP Forums Community!

Did you check if this beeping noise is coming from the speakers or the computer itself? Perhaps, you could connect an external set of speakers or headphones to check the same,

If the noise only appears on the computer and not the speaker or headphone, I suggest you tell me, exactly when you get the beep and is there a specific sequence?
