Biodegradable Printing

Hello,

I'm looking for an advice, rather then solution to a problem.

I recently find out, that that laser printer toner environmentally unfriendly.  Is there any version of Biodegradable ink toner which I could use for biodegradable labels? 

If not, I heard that ink printers are much more ecofriendly and ink can be biodegradable.

Does HP has biodegradable inks? If yes are they possible across all printer range or there are only specific models which supports this feature?  

Could you please advise best way to make printing biodegradable ensuring that my ink is does not leave any harmful residuals after paper is dissolved. Also I would prefer printer which could give good price per page value. There is no need of build in scanners and other features. Connect to network option would be good, but not necessary.
