After replacing all 4 ink cartridges with new HP InstantInk cartridges, suddenly black and magenta won't print.  Cyan and yellow are fine.  I ran the clean printheads function at least 5 times, but there is no change.  At the end of one cleaning cycle it started giving this error message: "problem with printhead 0xc19a0013."  I had had a problem with my InstantInk account because I needed to update the payment card with new exp date/CVV and had been getting messages on printer saying "You will no longer be able to print soon."  I updated the card after cartridges wouldn't print, thinking maybe they were blocking the cartridges until payment for this month processed.  Payment went through but still no black or magenta. Vents are not blocked.  I took cartridges out and shook lightly.  They are full of ink and even splashed some on the floor.  I had received an email saying HP would no longer support this model with updates, encouraging me to go buy a new printer.  Could this just be a way  of forcing me to buy a new printer when my old one was working fine?
