Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

All of a sudden I am having issues with PowerPoint and my printer printing black boxes around my png images. Ive always used them. Ive never had an issue until last week. I know how to fix the issue in PDF, but I am baffled by this. I am a teacher and use this to make all of my cute documents this way. This has never happened before. In print preview, the images are normal. When it comes out of the printer it has a black box. How do I fix this. I cannot adjust all of my images. I have created hundreds of documents with my cute purchased clipart.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • 1) Does the copy print out the same way? 
  • 2) Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 
  • 3) Could you please share the picture of the print settings window?
