I logged into Merrill Lynch using the Firefox browser and printed a 1099-R statement from Merrill Lynch for my 2021 tax return.  The 1099-R printout was not usable because parts of the statement were blacked out.  I downloaded the 1099-R statement to my PC but the downloaded PDF file still contained the black lines.  I logged on Merrill Lunch with the Chrome browser and was able to print the 1099-R statement without any black lines.  I also downloaded the 1099-R statement using the Chrome browser and was able to print from the downloaded file without any black lines.  I did not try this using Microsoft Edge browser so i do not know if it would work or not.

Hi@jmono7,

Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!

I see you are experiencing print issues with the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-In-One Printer.

As you are able to print from the Chrome browser so it is not an issue with the HP Printer. Try with different browsers and check if it works. You can also try uninstall and reinstall the browser.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
