My printer with active subscription has stopped printing black colour. Also other colours are very faint.
Printer usage is very low (nearly less than 10 pages or so per month)
I tried all the troubleshooting steps given on the support pages but still it doesn't work.
Is there a way of getting a replacement cartridge?
HP Instant Ink sees the ink in the cartridge hence it's not shipping anything new!

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing print quality issues with your HP ENVY 4527 All-in-One Printer wherein it is not printing in black.
Please follow the steps listed below to clean the cartridges.
1. Load plain white paper in the tray.
2. Open the HP Smart app, and then click the picture of your printer to open the settings and management tools.
3. In Print Quality Tools or in Advanced Settings > Tools > Utilities > Print Quality Toolbox, select Clean Printhead to start the cleaning tool.
4. Review the Print Quality Diagnostic page that prints for defects and any instructions to resolve the issue. Run up to two more cleaning cycles, if necessary.

I tried all the options in the shared document, but the results are still the same. Blank ink is not printing.
I got a notification that a new ink has been shipped by HP - I am waiting for it. I will see if that fixes the problem.
