HP Deskjet 2630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The black ink on my HP Deskjet 2630 is not printing.

Both the black and colour cartridges are showing as full.

Colour prints perfectly well but black is printing nothing.

Anyone any ideas?

Thanks

If you try printing a copy from the front panel does any black ink show up?

Is there still any warranty left on the printer?

No, nothing when printing from front panel and no warranty left on machine, unfortunately.

Touch the new black cartridge printhead to a paper towel do you see any ink?

Hmmm...no. So I'm assuming the ink cartridges have dried out?
