Black ink prints on test page but not on actual documents

HP Deskjet 3755 - Black ink does not print on documents.  Have cleaned print heads, aligned print heads, etc,  Black ink DOES print on Test Printer page - but not on documents I want to print from my computer.

Try updating the firmware. Click here

If you have performed all the steps from this document and still having issues, either the cartridges are faulty or the printer needs to be checked for hardware issues.
