Not had my HP Envy 7134, but printing with the black ink is blurred and faint.
The more I 'clean' it the worse it gets.
I hope someone can help as the virtual agent is complety useless!!

Power resetting the printer and then performing an automated/manual cleaning may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:
1) Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector
2) Remove all of your ink cartridges from the printer and close the door
3) Remove the power cord from the back of the printer (Do no press the power button)
4) Manually clean the area around the ink nozzles, refer to step 13 from this document.
5) Plug the power cord back into the printer
6) Wait for the printer to turn on completely, then install the ink cartridges.
7) On the printer control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.
😎 Swipe up on the display, touch Printer Maintenance, and then touch Clean Smear.
9) On the control panel, swipe down to open the Dashboard, and then touch the Setupicon.
10) Swipe up on the display, and then touch Printer Maintenance.
11) Touch Clean Cartridges, and then touch Continue. Touch Clean Again to continue the next level of cleaning. Repeat these steps for the third cleaning stage.
Let me know how it goes!

Also I put a new Black HP Cartrige in, and this is better, but stillfaded in many places, as if not enough Ink is getting through.
The half-full cartrdge I removed had no ink on it at all.
I would have expected a bit of ink, but there was none.?

Have you tired doing the automated cleaning again? If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. Updating the printer firmware should also help, latest printer firmware updates have product enhancements and issue fixes. You may use the steps available here to update the printer firmware.

Since you are enrolled in HP Instant Ink, you should be able to arrange a replacement ink shipment using HP Virtual Agent. Here is how to do it:
1.) Log in to your instant ink account from here.
2.) Once signed in, click Virtual Agent.
3.) Type Blurry prints, the virtual agent will suggest some troubleshooting steps.
Once you complete the troubleshooting steps you should be able to submit an order for replacement ink using HP Virtual Agent.
