I can turn on my HP Officejet All-in-one printer but the display screen does not come on. I tried all of the HP recommend procedures but to no avail it is still blank. Can you private message me the reset instructions i have seen on some other posts?

This could be a power supply problem. I guessed and looked at your parts list here and saw there were two different power supplies. Only one of them is correct for your location. You might test it with a voltmeter to see if it is putting out the required voltage or if it is just dead.
To get an exact parts list enter your serial number at the above site.
There is a replacement procedure here.
