Hi, HP community. I need help. My friend purchased an HP printer last year (HP ENVY 5030 All -in-series) and she used it only for a few times until she abandoned it. Now, she wants to use it again and all we have been getting is a blank page from our print out. The Cartridges shows the ink is still intact, only the black ink seems to be a bit low. However, it is not picking any anything - it is just blank and frustrating. We have done several automated cleaning and followed HP virtual support assistant but nothing has changed. Can anyone help, please?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Did make a copy and check if that prints fine?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps:
Let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic report

Load plain white paper in the paper tray.

On the printer control panel, touch the Settings icon
, and then touch Tools.
The Tools menu displays.

Touch Print Quality Report.
The printer prints the Print Quality Diagnostic report.

If this does not print fine, try the steps mentioned in this document:- Click here If the issue persists, that should be a hardware issue.
