Product: HP PhotoSmart 6520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

I have replaced the black ink cartridge twice, cleaned the printheads, aligned the cartridges and I am still getting blank spots.

What is the nature of the blank spots - are they missing parts of lines, or a blank or blurred area down the length of the page?

 

It would help if you could scan and post an example.
