Hi @awesomecleansol,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for providing the error code. For the HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer, error 0XB87350BC indicates that the printer is experiencing an internal error.

Please try these basic HP troubleshooting steps in order:

  1. Turn the printer off using the Power button.
  2. Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer
  3. Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet
  4. Wait about 60 seconds
  5. Plug the power cord directly into a wall outlet. Avoid using a power strip or surge protector for this test.
  6. Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  7. Turn the printer on and allow it to complete its startup process.
  8. Check whether the error 0XB87350BC appears again.

If the printer starts normally, try making a copy directly from the printer to confirm whether it is operating correctly.

If the error returns, please do not repeatedly power-cycle the printer. We need to determine exactly what is displayed on the printer's control panel.

If you are seeing any message, additional error code, or warning apart from 0XB87350BC, please take a clear photo of the printer's display and share it with us.

Please also let us know:

  • Does the error appear immediately when the printer is turned on, or after the printer starts?
  • Is the printer able to reach the Home screen, or does it remain on the error screen?
  • Can you move through the printer's menus/touchscreen?
  • Does the printer make any unusual noises during startup?

Once we know exactly what the display shows and whether the printer can reach the Home screen, we can determine the next appropriate HP-supported step.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
