Had to install a New router. Printer is not connecting to the network. Have tried all suggestions from virtual agent and nothing is working. Am totally LOCKED out by Admin (whoever and whatever they are) and cannot resent anything. After spending an entire day trying to rectify problem I am extremely frustrated. Please HELP! 😤
One last thing please - How long before I will receive an answer?

@GiddyupGo, Welcome to HP Support Community!
To reconfigure the printer, follow the steps from the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change.
Additionally, refer to the document Connect to a Wireless HP Printer for help.
If you still have issues, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.

That was told to me the many times i tried to fix the printer. No luck when you are trying to reprogram the printer to the new wifi network. So I purchased a new printer and donated the locked one for parts.
