Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, my newly bought HP3755 printer suddenly stoped working and despite going through hours of reading on the internet I wasnt able to make it work again.

The blue light is blinking as well showing and an exclamation mark on the printer screen next to the wireless sign.

I restarted my computer numerous times, I restarted my router and modem as well. Nothing fixed it.

Help!!

Thanks

Hi raj

sorry for thé delayed answer

i tried pushing both buttons but blue light is still blinking. I noticed though that on the 802.11 wires that it seems to be still linked to to my old network name. But I can’t find where to change it.
