I purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e and after removing all the packaging and plugging it in, it immediately started up to a blue screen with the power symbol and "B8047DF6" below it. The power icon to the right on the white plastic part of the printer is blinking white and the WiFi icon below it is blinking blue. On the screen itself the arrow back, home, and ? icons are blinking white. I tried calling customer support and they were not able to connect or fix the issue. I have not been able to use this printer at all, not even to print an alignment page. This was a waste of a purchase.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting a blue screen error on the printer, follow these steps to fix the issue.
Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
- Turn on the printer.
Update the printer firmware
