Hi @Brico123,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4675 printer is showing a blue screen, not making normal boot noises, and the touchscreen is unresponsive, it may indicate a hardware or firmware issue. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem.

Check Power Connection:

  • Ensure that the power cable is securely plugged into both the printer and the power outlet.
  • Try using a different power outlet to eliminate the possibility of a faulty outlet.

Restart the Printer:

  • Unplug the power cable from the printer and wait for about 30 seconds.
  • Plug the power cable back in and turn on the printer.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
  • Wait for about 60 seconds.
  • Reconnect the power cord.
  • Turn on the printer.

Update Firmware (if possible):

  • Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model on the HP support website.
  • If possible, update the firmware following the instructions provided by HP.

Check for Physical Damage:

  • Inspect the printer for any physical damage or loose connections.
  • Make sure there are no foreign objects or debris inside the printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
