Hi @Brico123,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 4675 printer is showing a blue screen, not making normal boot noises, and the touchscreen is unresponsive, it may indicate a hardware or firmware issue. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem.
Check Power Connection:
- Ensure that the power cable is securely plugged into both the printer and the power outlet.
- Try using a different power outlet to eliminate the possibility of a faulty outlet.
Restart the Printer:
- Unplug the power cable from the printer and wait for about 30 seconds.
- Plug the power cable back in and turn on the printer.
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Turn off the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Wait for about 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord.
- Turn on the printer.
Update Firmware (if possible):
- Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model on the HP support website.
- If possible, update the firmware following the instructions provided by HP.
Check for Physical Damage:
- Inspect the printer for any physical damage or loose connections.
- Make sure there are no foreign objects or debris inside the printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
