After the printer boots up it goes to a blue screen with the error code B80B746C. All of the lights start flashing and the power button does not work. After restart the same thing happens. Please provide instructions on how to do a factory reset from this condition.

Thanks.

Hi @mcs11,

Thank you for confirming.

We need to perform a semi-full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instructions to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hello,

We have the same error code ( B80B746C ) on an Officejet 9022e
This happens as soon as we plug printer in our network Ethernet cable. Pluging it on a hub or switch without connection to our network does not give this error code.
Could you please share the instructions to perform a full reset ?

Thank you!

I am having this same exact issue. Only happens when connected to the network. Going to take it home and test it on home network to see if I get the same issue.
