I'm having real issues with my printer when it comes to printing in blue ink. I am part of the HP printer ink programme and in the past couple of months the print quality when using blue ink has been awful. I've tried virtual assistant but there advice didn't help.
Can anyone suggest what I can do?
For reference this is the printer I have:

I understand the print quality is not satisfactory with color. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
If the issue persists even after replacing the ink cartridges, I'm afraid the printhead has gone bad which is non-removable on this model printer.
