Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968

Here's the troubleshooting I have tried:

1) followed all steps by HP online support 

2) changed to new ink cartridges 

3) cycled power

4) cleaned print heads 

5) cannot align print heads because there is no blue ink showing up on the printed sheet

Take a look on youtube for things people tried to unclog the printhead.

I found a wonderful video on cleaning clogged print heads that solved my problem.  It even included a homemade recipe for the inkjet cleaner.  Thank you for this tip.

Robb's Homemade Life: 1) giving up on a dead printer  and 2) Robb Reviews DIY inkjet print head cleaner are the two videos I ended up using after surveying about 15 videos.
