Product: HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

The blue light on my printer is blinking which I know means the wireless isn't connected but when I go to search for wireless routers no none show up but my phone and everything else in the house is connected to the internet 

I've had this printer 2 years and never had an issue and it printed fine yesterday

To assist better -

  1.  What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone? 
  2. I would like to know, is your router set to work on a 2.4 GHz network or a 5 GHz network band?
  3. Are you trying to connect your printer to your home or public network?
