@Krykor, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The blue screen with the code B0375334 (based on the image) on an HP printer typically indicates a firmware-level or hardware-related error, and the format of the screen suggests it is a Service Error Code.

Here's what you can try:

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer.
  • Unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for 1–2 minutes.
  • Plug it back in and power it on.

Update Firmware (if the printer recovers enough to allow this):

  • Use the HP Smart app or the official HP Software & Driver Downloads site to check for the latest firmware.

Reset the Printer:

  • Depending on your model, you may be able to perform a semi-full reset via hidden menus. This typically requires a specific key combination which varies by model. Let me know your printer's exact model number, and I can guide you through that.

Check for Physical Damage or Cartridge Issues:

  • Disconnect any newly installed ink cartridges, accessories, or SD cards.
  • Check for paper jams or internal obstructions.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
