Product: HP Photosmart 5520

HP Photosmart 5520  It turns on but a blue screen on display with error code c4eba341. The printer carriage doesnt move as normal and it wont turn off. I tried the power cable removal and socket removal for 60 seconds but it just keeps coming back on.

I'm sorry to tell you this but even though my printer did eventually reset ok, I have to say that I did veer off the instructions somewhat. In the end - I have to admit - it appeared to reset itself. More good luck than good management on my part! Anyway as the scanner no longer worked, I gave my printer away and bought a new HP OfficeJet 6950. I gave my old printer away to a gentleman who repairs and recycles them for charity. I truly hope you have more luck with yours, but I'm still loyal to HP printers.
