HP OfficeJet Pro 9020e All-in-One Printer

With no prior issues the OfficeJet Pro 9020e has started generating blue screen errors which vary each time the printer is turned on.  So far error codes have been:

024A493F

C8190002

C9C70000

I have read other communications related to these errors and have attempted suggested fixes.

ie. leaving the printer on for an hour then, whilst powered up, removing the power cable from the back of the printer.  Leaving the printer off for 60 sec then reconnecting the power cable.  The printer it may go through a startup period but then ends up at a blue screen error or may go straight to a blue screen error.

The printer head will not move from the right hand position so print cartridges cannot be  removed.

The printer is no longer showing a WiFi icon or WiFi connectivity  nor will it communicate via USB cable to the computer so I am unable to try to update firmware/software.

Any other suggestions?
