My Printer shows Blue screen with a code - B8778EE4 during printing. How can I fix this error?

Habe den gleichen Fehler und weiß nicht weiter bei mir wird nicht Mal mehr gedruckt

These options are not all possible as you cannot use the screen, especially the factory reset

I have already tried everything they indicate and it still shows the error

I was able to fix mine. First I went to hp website on my laptop and went to support then software and drivers then I searched by my model and installed the latest updates. Once that was done I also went to my printer main screen slide over to apps then select apps then slide over to update print apps. Now I am able to print.
