Product: HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer

I get this bluescreen error when trying to print from my Samsung phone running Android 14.  When trying to print, the phone's default print service says the printer provided a new security certificate. If I reject, printing is cancelled. If I accept, I get a bad certificate/printer block. Then the bluescreen comes up. I restored the network, and the problem remains.
