Hello, I'm trying to print booklets in off architect, and for some reason my printer print a the back side upside down, I'm ready to throw my printer across the yard, anyone have any idea how I can fix this? Thank you

I don't recognize "off architect" - there are a number of programs / softwares out there that might be what you describe.
I cannot help with the "off" software, the setup, the format, or the behavior.
The following is an example of what can happen using other print software - and a "corrective" method that works in at least the context of the example and the printers used to set up the experiments (Officejet Pro 8630 / Officejet Pro 8740).
The intent is to provide you possible places to (check and to) make configuration changes and allow your booklet to print as expected.
Important
The HP Officejet Pro 8710, although part of the "8700" model group, is a different printer from the other printers in this Series. Options might be different and not all features are supported. Possible differences in the models are NOT addressed in this posting.
It is possible (even likely) the cause of the "upside down" second page setup is not due to the printer hardware. Printer does not know -- and does not care -- what is on the paper. Even smart printers contain only a modicum of built in intelligence.
At least in the case of PDF booklet printing with Adobe Reader DC, it is possible to "second guess" the Adobe software by making unnecessary changes in the print dialog (printer software) during the "booklet" setup process.
Example:
- Open PDF file in Adobe Reader DC, set PDF file to print in booklet format
- Open the print dialog (Properties). Adjust print dialog settings to print in booklet format and adjust the Layout options
The two methods can clash with one another; the output might be other than expected, including an "upside down" second page format.
Example
- Export the project content to a PDF format / file
- Print using PDF Reader software set to booklet format without "second guessing" the booklet page setup.
- Reinstall / Update your PDF Reader (Adobe Reader DC / Foxit Reader)
- HINT: Watch out for and UNCHECK unwanted extra software
NOTE
Adobe Reader DC and Foxit are quite similar, although Fox it seems (to me) a bit more intuitive.
The following example uses Adobe Reader DC
Open the PDF file in Adobe Reader DC
Click the tiny Print icon to open the main print menu
Set up the file to print in the booklet fashion.
When the print settings on the Reader DC print menu are set / adjusted,
Open the Properties (print dialog)
With the EXCEPTION of the Layout tab AND the Advanced booklet setting, adjust / verify / set other settings.
Reminder: Layout and "booklet" (in Advanced) are set in the main Adobe Print menu options.
Print a test page set, pages 1-4
Check the results.
