I am unable to find a way to print borderless photos on my new printer. I have followed the help on the site and used Paint for printing but this does not give any options for borderless printing.

You are welcome and we are now outside of the prevue of one user helping another.
If you are asking whether you can get a letter from HP reiterating what is already in the documentation, I would guess this would be an uphill battle. You can certainly ask HP Support. HP contact information is included near the end of this message.
The Specifications state the printer does not support borderless printing as does the Datasheet

If you purchased the printer from the HP Store,
If you have not done so, please do contact Customer Support
NOTE: I just checked at your regional HP Store - the product you purchased is not listed at the Store though the Deskjet Plus 4130 is available. Technical Details indicate Borderless printing is not available.

NOTE: If the single-system-check fails to find your device, use the "multiple devices" method to

- If necessary, Select your Country on the main website page or at the bottom (click Flag)
- Scroll down > To the right of Check multiple warranties, Click Continue
- Enter the Serial Number and Country for one or more devices / systems to be checked
- Check the box to verify you are "Not a robot"
- Click Submit (at bottom of list entries)
- When the page opens, Click View Details

This printer, similar to other Deskjet printers of the type, does not support Borderless printing.

The store I bought this from clearly states in the specifications that it supports borderless printing. Is there anyway I can a definitive statement from HP that they are wrong in order to be able to return the product and get a replacement?
