It at the beginning a few pictures printed borderless on a 5 x 7 photo paper, but on some it either doesn't print all the way down and others not all the way to the sides. I made sure the button in on borderless, I chose the correct paper format. I am printing wireless via bluetooth & WIFI from my Samgung Note 9 from the save pictures on my phone. Would someone give me a few ideas what to check or what could be wrong. New Printer and has updates.

Are you facing the same issue while making a copy?

Which app are you using to print?

Make sure your phone is up to date.

 

Try using the HP Smart App.

If you are using the smart app uninstall the app and reinstall it.

Connect the printer.

 

Update the firmware for the printer.

 

Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168 for Upgrading Printer Firmware.

 

Restart the printer.

 

Try to print.
