Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I bought a used HP printer/scanner from a charity, it worked for a week or so without issue but now the LCD displays an instaink issue.

From a quick search I found this is an HP program for ink delivery. Since I have no way to contact the owner of the account for this device, how can I remove the HP program/association from the interrupting my print jobs?

There must a policy in place for change of ownership, blind trade or otherwise?

Many thanks!

Obviously this might be problematic unless you have a proof of purchase from the original seller. Check this link for questions about instant ink. https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Knowledge-Base/HP-PLANS-INK-AND-TONER/ta-p/7924839
