Product: hp officejet pro 8500a plus
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought this printer from goodwill and it didn't have any ink, but it started up fine and as far as i can tell scans fine. The issue is printing. Nothing comes out when i try to print, all i get is a blank page. all the ink is new and I wiped down the pinheads and ran a cleaning. is it possible there's a clog in the nozzles from dried ink? I'm not getting any errors and it behaves like its working fine just no ink on paper.

Hi,

Be aware that the printheads might get clogged or outdated, as well that a hardware problem is possible due to lack of usage, improper storage, etc..
